Archiving Policy

The VIMS Journal of Health Research and Innovations (VJHRI) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.

All published articles are permanently available on the journal website. The journal maintains regular backups and uses recognized digital preservation mechanisms, where applicable, to ensure continued access to the scholarly record.

Self-Archiving Policy

VJHRI permits authors to self-archive their work without embargo.

Authors may deposit the following versions in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or non-commercial scholarly platforms:

  • Preprint (before peer review)
  • Accepted Author Manuscript (after peer review)
  • Published Version (Version of Record)

Authors should cite the published article, include the DOI (where applicable), and provide a link to the journal website. All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License.

Digital Preservation Policy

VJHRI is committed to preserving its published content for long-term access.

The journal maintains secure backups of all published articles and journal records. Where applicable, content is preserved through recognized digital preservation services (e.g., PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS, or CLOCKSS) to ensure permanent accessibility, even in the event of system failure or journal discontinuation.
